REITF uses an innovative AMM (Automated Market Maker) funding model deployed on the XRP Ledger (REITF/XRP token pair). Institutional investors fund property purchases through our tokenized liquidity pools, eliminating the need for veterans to secure traditional financing. Veterans can acquire single-family homes, condominiums, and multi-family properties (2-4 units). Multi-family properties are particularly advantageous as they provide immediate rental income from additional units while the veteran occupies one unit. All properties must meet VA loan eligibility standards and be located in our approved markets, primarily Central New York near Fort Drum and the Micron semiconductor facility.

The typical timeline is 60-120 days: 7-14 days for veteran qualification and trust establishment, 30-60 days for AMM pool funding and property acquisition, and 15-30 days for legal transfer and occupancy preparation. This timeline can be accelerated for veterans with immediate housing needs or existing security clearances.

Veterans must have honorable discharge status, verifiable income (disability, employment, or retirement), and willingness to participate in our trust structure for asset protection. Credit scores are considered but not disqualifying - we focus on total financial capacity and long-term wealth-building potential rather than traditional lending criteria.

Property is initially held in the veteran's individual trust (established during onboarding) with REITF maintaining a beneficial interest until payment terms are satisfied. Upon completion of the BNPL agreement (or early buyout), full legal and beneficial ownership transfers to the veteran's trust, providing immediate asset protection and estate planning benefits.
